Liked: Location was good, parking included is a bonus
Disliked: Sea views are lateral, finding the parking space was complicated
We had fun with the beach in front of us just night stay become little bit uncomfortable
Liked: It’s near to beach
Disliked: Too costly. Beds are not sufficient for kids especially two kids sofa bed was not comfortable at all
Perfect location, however improvements necessary
Liked: Perfect location, meters from the beach with direct access. Very well maintained condominium, great outdoor shower to wash the sand. Good size apartment, great outdoor terrace.
Disliked: Cleanliness needs improvement, especially on bathroom and outside terrace, both are easy to be done. In addition, terrace furniture needs some update, is rusted and some places dangerous for kids. Couch was broken, with additional mattress was comfortable enough but screeching. At this level is not a luxury.
Great location and apartment, poor handling of a broken AC
Liked: Very good location for a family beach holiday. Parking, beach, gyms and shops are all close by. We travelled with our teenager and everything we needed was within walking distance. The apartment is well equipped. Nothing was missing during our stay. The private parking space is a real advantage. Valencia and the surrounding spots are easy to reach; I would recommend a car for that.
Disliked: The air conditioning stopped working and stayed broken for two days. In the communication I first got the impression that this was my fault. The unit simply stopped; that is not something we caused. There was no attempt from the owner to repair it. We spent the rest of our stay without AC, which was painful in that heat. The owner was also not willing to offer a discount or any other form of accommodation for the outage. Very disappointing. After check-out the communication went silent completely. I have raised the case with Booking.com and the investigation is ongoing.
Clean apartment and spaciois for 3 or 4 people. Great location with easy access ti the beach
Liked: Proximity to beach and restaurants Supermarket was approximately 5 minute walk Washing machine to do quick laundry Beach umbrella to take to the beach Balcony was spacious, great for evening tapas and drinks
This is not acceptable to rent the unit without A/C working unit if temp outside is +40C def

Disliked: The A/C unit did not work at all. Once we did a complain we got the obsolete fan.
