Fabulous
Nice clean apartment, fab sea view
Liked: The apartment was very nice, pool was lovely- no loungers though. The view of the sea was fab. The clean sandy beach was so close too. There were several restaurants along the front, perfect for us after a day in the city. Valencia was only about 13 euros away in an uber and the 2 euro bus service was great too, so it was great for an evening out after chilling by the pool/ on the beach. Handy for a trip to Puerto Saplaya- Little Venice- really pretty harbour. It was the perfect combination for us, as we can't sit still for too long.
Disliked: A recent review mentioned a lack of cutlery and duvets. I did hope this to have been rectified before we arrived but it hadn't. However once contacted, it was sorted quickly. Also when we booked the apartment several months ago I am certain the sun terrace was shown as furnished, which was important in me choosing this place. When I checked before travelling, these photos were removed and it's an empty space now. For new bookings though, the photos are accurate. It is lovely, but not what we had chosen, which disappointed us a little.

Liked: We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. It was spacious, very well equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. We especially enjoyed the upper terrace, where we spent a lot of time relaxing. Another great advantage was the swimming pool, which was open until 10:30 p.m. It was perfect for an evening swim after a day of exploring, and the water temperature was always very pleasant.
Disliked: The only negative aspect of our stay was the check-in process. The online check-in was activated only a few hours before our arrival, so we had to complete it just before collecting the keys at the restaurant. This was quite stressful, especially when traveling with two young children. We also found the information about the apartment's location somewhat confusing. I would recommend providing guests with clear directions and all the necessary information well in advance of their arrival. Another small issue was that, after entering the building, we didn't know how to get back to the underground garage. We were not informed that the elevator only provides access to the garage when using the apartment key. It's a very simple instruction, but if guests knew it beforehand, it would save them unnecessary confusion and stress.

Disliked: Part of the shower was broken. We repeatedly asked (politely) for help finding the property. This was ignored. We had to collect the keys from a restaurant, and the staff luckily helped us. If they hadn’t we would never have found the apartment.
