Very good
we had a fantastic long weekend!
Liked: Near the beach, outside space, located centrally for metro, shops, city center and beach. Really beautifully restored house
Disliked: There could be some more cuttlery and pans. As we would like to go out for every meal this is not realistic so necessary to have some good kitchen tools.
Great stay with excellent amenities
Liked: We had a wonderful time at this property. Here are a few highlights: Communication: The owner was fantastic to deal with - very responsive, helpful, and made the whole process seamless. Cleanliness: The apartment was spotless when we arrived. It’s clearly very well-maintained. Location: You couldn't ask for a better spot! The location is perfect for exploring and very convenient. Kitchen: We were particularly impressed with the kitchen. It is fully equipped with everything you need to feel right at home. Overall, we really liked everything about the place itself. Thank you for having us!
Liked: the property itself looks like the images, it is quite stylish and modern and closely located to the beach, it's about a 12minute walk. there is a supermarket nearby and some really nice little cafes.
Disliked: - there is A LOT of noise, constantly. the neighbours upstairs are really loud, it is on a main road so you can hear every single car/motorbike drive past, there is a church nearby which bells you can hear all the time. - the washing machine wasn't working when i got there - it got resolved quickly but i had to wait at the airbnb for them to come and fix it. - the sofa is worn out.
We would like to return in summer months as the house was light airy and full of character but possibly not in winter
Liked: Good location. Well equipped. Comfortable furniture.
Disliked: Poor sound insulation. Noisy neighbours. Inability to dry bathroom towels. We visited in December but did expect heating to be available.
Liked: I loved how there were all the resources and cleaning supplies everything was there. Very clean and lovely, host was very good and friendly. Overall would come back and recommend to everyone.
Disliked: Location could be better but not complaining as much. Neighbours extremely noisy, I did not like the terrace but I’m sure most will like
Valencia is a beautiful and diverse city. A great place to visit!
Liked: The apartment is located in one of narrow streets in Cabanyal district. You can find a great Casa Montana tapas bar on the same street. You can reach beautiful beach by walk in just 10 minutes. It's close to metro and tram stations. The flat is equipped in all neccessary equipment and devices, including a washing machine and a drying machine. It is suitable for four people, with one large bed in the sleeping room and a sofa bed in the living room with kitchen. The host is very communicative and helpful. You can reach him easily through Whatsapp.
Disliked: The apartment is not fully soundproofed, so you can hear people's conversations on the street and cars. It might be a bit disturbing during the night.
