Horrible hotel
Liked: Nothing at all.
Disliked: Everything was disgusting and horrible. Unclean and smelly rooms.
Liked: Stole my money
Great
Liked: Wonderful facilities, easy to reach location.
Paid in full, denied access, and left stranded with no refund
Liked: Nothing — I never received the keys or got access to the property despite paying in full.
Disliked: Avoid this property at all costs. I fully paid for the house, arrived at the location, and the host never gave me the keys. I was left stranded with no accommodation, no solution, and almost no communication from the host. Despite taking the full payment, the host refused to provide a refund or take responsibility for the situation. This was one of the most stressful travel experiences I’ve ever had. Completely unprofessional, unreliable, and unacceptable. I would never recommend booking this place to anyone.
