Fabulous
pricey for what is offers
Liked: good position
Disliked: very small room, no reception at all, not so clean and maintained, the price is very high compared to overall quality
Best stay in Valencia
Liked: The locations is so perfect to reach any point of the city from old town to the beach. Perfect, best stay of many times in Valencia
Liked: Location was convenient and facilities was clean.
Disliked: Couldn’t get into the front entrance to put down our luggages. Email person refuse to provide entrance code until 4:00. Elevator lift is not for public use, need a separate key (or staff) to operate it. No one is there to help, stressful.:(
Amazing
Liked: Amazing hotel perfectly located at the center of the city everything was close within a walking distance The hotel is without reception and everything was online and virtual and they were very receptive and reactive The virtual assistant Neyvel was incredibly present and made our stay very smooth and easy
Disliked: It would have been better if there was a lobby and facilities (bathrooms) to freshen up especially after check out where to wait for the flight or the transfer shuttle to the airport
Liked: The property is located in the city center, close to tourist attractions and with plenty of public transport options nearby. Additionally, right next to the building on the ground floor, there is a café that is perfect for a good coffee and a croissant. Check-in is very easy, and there is luggage storage available if you need to leave your bags until you depart. I appreciated that the towels and bed linen were changed after two nights.
Disliked: The room is very small, and the cleaning is not thorough—there are dirty walls, a stained table, and undusted surfaces. The bathroom cleaning was also superficial. The shower area could also use some improvement.
Amazing apartment
Liked: Great location 👌 great communication, easy check in very efficient company 😀
Disliked: Nothing
