Fabulous
Would not recommend hotel
Disliked: Not having onsite customer service. I came home with what looks like insect bites on both arms, and one leg, bed bugs??
Easy access, great lockers for storing cases, great location and clean
Liked: Location is perfect. Central for all places in Valencia and some great shops and restaurants in a few minutes walk
Disliked: All good. Room is quite compact but the terrace makes up for that. We did have someone’s washing dripping on to the seating which was quite amusing!! We thought it was raining!
Great neighbourhood and clean room; excellent base to explore Valencia
Liked: Central location, clean, small but had everything you need for a short city stay
Disliked: It is on the ground floor so rooms facing the street get a bit noisy during the night
Liked: The Ruzafa neighbourhood is very interesting and affordable compared to the historic centre.There are some really good bars, restaurants and cafes near by. There are also lovely book, art and vintage clothing stores.
Disliked: Not having a Reception however as it turned out it was very easy to WhatsApp message or phone the provided number for anything you needed such as extra towels etc. The calls and messages were responded to promptly. The outdoor terrace with an outdoor shower was really useless as the terrace did not get any sun, the tiles needed a good clean, the shower was looked down on by neighbours, so not at all ideal to be naked and there was no shower products to use outside or towel hook.
