Exceptional
Relaxing, comfortable & close to the Beach
Liked: Pablo was very accommodating as we arrived earlier than expected and only had to wait 30 minutes
Disliked: Right beside the sea.
Liked: Our host Pablo is kind and flexible. The flat is well equipped, nice and tidy. Perfect sea-view from the terrace.:-) The beach is 2 minutes away by foot.
Liked: The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Just 1 minutes walk to the beach in a great location during warmer weather but we found it a little lacking on restaurants within easy walking distance during the early months. (Within a 15 minute walk) bus stop on the doorstep to get into valencia city and plenty there. Would definitely return from say April onwards as pool may also be open.
Disliked: Nothing not to like about the apartment once everything opened. Entirely our fault for coming a little bit early.

Disliked: Found it tricky to find out how yo get into the complex on arrival as no security at gates. But did find a guard going off duty and he was very helpful
