I would not recommend this accommodation. * The room was dirty and everything had a cheap, flimsy, almost cardboard-like standard. * Broken shower. * ⁠ Insects in the room. * Coffee machine not working. * Broken toilet seat, repaired only on the third day, after repeated requests. * Broken bathroom door. * Filthy kitchen sink, with a tap so loose and unstable it felt like it could come off. * For two guests, there was only ONE small blanket, which was burnt by a cigarette and smelled strongly of smoke. We asked for another one. It never arrived. * Not even a place to hang a jacket — no wardrobe, no rail, nothing. We repeatedly asked for at least a simple clothes rack. After two days of insisting, we were told one would be brought. It never arrived. * Almost zero soundproofing. You can hear absolutely everything. * Loud conversations and shouting in the inner courtyard continued until around 5 a.m. One night it became so disturbing that I seriously considered calling the police. * Nobody answered the phone. Not once. * WhatsApp communication was almost nonexistent: out of approximately 20 messages, only 2 were answered, selectively. * Far too many basic things were dirty, broken, missing or simply ignored when reported. The only positive point was one very kind and helpful employee who genuinely tried to help. Unfortunately, he seemed unable to keep up with the sheer number of problems. After this experience, I would genuinely rather pay twice as much for somewhere clean, functional, quiet and properly managed. Extremely poor value for money. Never again. Better i stay at home

  Disliked: The apartament was unacceptable. Firstly we booked an apartament with the kitchen and paid extra 30€ for late checkin, only to find out upon arrival that they were double booed and we had to go to another property. Upon arrival the toilet was broken and flooded every time we flushed. We immediately reported it and they ignored us. The next day they offered us to change the apartament. We agreed and packed everything. On our way to the new apartament they messaged us that the apartament is not available anymore. So we had to go back and stay without bathroom. And until end of our stay, nobody came to fix our toilet. And I'm not talking about cockroaches around. The worst stay in my life.

  Don’t take it,that’s my best advice

  Liked: I strongly advise against booking this place. After I paid via Booking.com, I was contacted via WhatsApp and asked to pay an additional deposit. This was never mentioned in the listing. They requested payment outside the platform, which is highly suspicious and against Booking rules. Because of this, I immediately requested a cancellation. My request was ignored, and despite sending multiple messages and screenshots, I received no response at all! This looks like scam-like behavior and a serious lack of transparency.

  Liked: The way they planned everything to scam people.

  Disliked: They shouldn’t put pictures of a nice apartment. And after try to move you to a room with insects. It’s just bad. If you’re planning to come to visit Valencia for a short 2/3 days holidays. Something like this can destroy your entire trip.
