  Perfect location for SailGP Valencia!

Liked: Great location for the marina, we were here for SailGP. Alfonso was really helpful in letting us drop our bags early. He also gave me loads of suggestions for places to have breakfast and coffee. Really appreciated the coffee pods. Super clean and light apartment. Bed in the double room very comfortable.

Disliked: The beds in the twin room were really uncomfortable, maybe think about refreshing them. I'd suggest to get something than can be zipped together into a double and you can give your guests an option of a twin or double. The shower was very small and with a shower curtain which barely stopped the water escaping. I'd recommend you update your profile to provide more details on the coffee machine you have on your profile (I expect booking.com only let you say "coffee machine" - over three sets of accommodation I had three different types of coffee machines!). We struggled a bit with the speed of the WiFi.

Liked: Position: very close to the subway, to the beach and Marina Port, good restaurants

Disliked: During our stay the building next to the apartment was under renovation. Due to terrible hammering noise since early morning was not possible to stay inside the house. Asked for a 50% refund, the host returned 15%. Moreover, no elevator Small and stinky shower

Liked: Good location, very close to the sea and bus station to get to the city center. The apartment was clean and is equipt with everything that you need. I didn't meet the owner but we were in contact everytime. When I'll come back to Valencia I would stay again here

Disliked: The bed wasn't that comfortable but that's a me problem. I slept good. I have nothing to complain

Very good place for few days with family

Liked: Very close to tram stop which is connected with subway end station. 10 minutes walk from the beach, shops. Quite a few restaurances around the area. Very good contact with the host. Clear instructions how to get into the flat. Flat is equipped with everything what is needed to spend a few nice days in Valencia with the family. Equipment was working well, nothing was broken. Very clean. Everything well prepared for visitors. I am only not a fan of mattresses used but maybe it is a matter of my personal prefferences. My wife says that they were ok;-)
