Good
OK but no more
Liked: Good location for what we wanted.
Disliked: No outside access, there was a very small outside area but the stench from the drain was overpowering. The shower screen door fell off and I had to refit it. The internet was extremely poor, after about an hours use it went off, I reported it but nothing was done.
Nice flat, good location, shame about the odour
Liked: I was visiting as part of a sporting competition, so needed a place with a washing machine to run sports kit through after competing each day. There are two shower rooms/toilets with good water pressure. The flat is situated well for the beaches and there is a bicycle docking station less than a minuets walk, with most of the of the city within a 20min bicycle ride.
Disliked: So, the big issue with this place is the damp smell and the bad drain in the courtyard at the back. If you have a sensitive nose, this is not the place for you. There was a dehumidifier that I left running when I wasn't in the apartment and I worked out that you could also get a through draft by opening the windows at the front and the doors at the back to change the air. I suspect that the underlying damp and drain problems are with the building and not something that can easily be fixed. One big improvement would be to add a drying rack for plates and glasses to the kitchen.
Liked: Perfect location near to the beach, clean apartment and very quiet neighbourhood
Excellent location, spacious comfortable studio
Liked: Excellent location, clean, good shower, spacious, two bathrooms, decent kitchen space.
Disliked: Automated concierge, had to ask about WiFi, there were two very similar apartments at the same address and it wasn't entirely clear when we arrived which one was ours.
Liked: Well decorated, great location, comfortable
Disliked: Although very nicely decorated, some fixture/fittings need some attention (wobbly tap, broken toilet seat). Bit of the Valencia stagnant water Oder but can't be helped.
Sketchy communication
Disliked: Communication with host very sketchy. Our train arrived late, but no one answered the only phone number listed when we tried to inform them; chatting via the site was impossible on the train due to sparse wifi. We asked about checkout (where/how to leave the key), and are already yet nobody has replied.
