Fabulous
Liked: Super easy check-in process, good location, this property is super spacious and comfortable and will have everything you need for a weekend stay. Right on the park, which was really nice. This felt more of a neighbourhood area which we really liked. Valencia is a very walkable city and we found it very easy to reach the old town from here by foot or using city bikes.
Disliked: I wasn't expecting to have to pay an additional deposit a few days before travelling, however it was very simple and the property was really prompt to return. This property is near a busy road which is loud which might impact you if you are a light sleeper
Modern stay in suburb
Liked: This is one large modern room with sofabed and bed. The bathroom is also large and modern. Wifi is good. Shower is good. Bed was comfy enough. There is a minibar which is nice extra. The building has a janitor/staff on site all the time which gave a nice feel. There is Carrefour and Decatlon just nearby, also plenty of restaurants and other services. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. This is next to one of the main entry ways into Valencia and hence from 7am there is some noise from traffic.
Disliked: This is next to one of the main entry ways into Valencia and hence from 7am there is some noise from traffic.
Liked: Interior is spacious and clean, close to a lot of supermarkets, and located in a nice residential area.
Disliked: The only drawback is privacy. The apartment is situated on the first floor with floor-to-ceiling windows, the apartment gets great light, but you often have to keep the curtains drawn for privacy. Adding a frosted film to the lower windows would easily solve this.
Disliked: Really dirty place.. we found nails in the drawers, asked for cleaning, she did the room again and nails remained there even though we mentioned it. Cabinet door was broken so it was unsafe with a toddler. Cockroaches in the corridor…
Apartment doesn't worth its cost, do not recommend
Liked: apartment is roomy and cozy and bed is comfortable
Disliked: But: - it's first floor on noisy street - there is no washine machine in the room, only shared in lavatory room - tiles with holes on the floor - stains on sofa - broken lamp on wires - broken remote control - very dirty shower floor - used rag - dirty stove photos are here https://maps.app.goo.gl/fs5pgkBNSQbJAJ9E6 Manager will answer me in WhatsApp that she apologies and she'll ask someone to do something some day. No, they will not change the room. No, no partial refund for these issues.
Liked: Milady and Sharon were very helpful and attentive. The room was cozy.
Disliked: The bed was a bit uncomfortable, the dishwasher was Short of salt and rinse aid.
