Exceptional
Excellent location, room and staff
Liked: Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, noticeably polite compared to other hotels! Also love the free fresh barista drinks ordered as room service and brought to your room. There are a lot of art pieces scattered around the hotel with info tags and this extends to the room; found it funny that the "concrete ceiling - 21st century" should be considered as art too!
Disliked: The water pressure in our room's shower was quite weak so would need a bit longer to finish
