Fabulous
Liked: The apartment is in a quiet location near the Turia Gardens and the botanical gardens and there is a bus and tram to the marina and beach.Great if you want to explore the city on foot. There is a good supermarket a minute away.
Disliked: The apartment is a conversion that opens directly onto the street so the door and window have opaque glass so you cant see out. OK for a few days rather than a lengthy stay.

Liked: We stayed at Florit Flats for 5 nights in June 2026 and overall it was a great experience. It is a flat with a bedroom and a living room with a kitchen inside. It has all the utilities you will need, including utensils, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and more. It was extremely clean and organized. Location is also good, close to multiple metro and bus stations.
Disliked: Flats are on the ground floor, door opening right to the street. The street can be loud sometimes and all the noises come directly inside. Also the door opens only from the website, in case you don’t have internet connection this may be a serious problem.
Liked: The apartment is very well equipped, it was clean upon arrival. There is a shop in the next street, a bakery in the same street, it is a 10-minute walk to the park and bus station, and a 20-minute walk to Biopark Valencia. 15 minute with bus to the Oceanografic. The apartment is unlocked via an app and there is no physical key, which we had no problems with.
Disliked: Since the apartment is on the ground floor (the entrance is from the street) it is very noisy. During the week it was okay, on Saturday night the noise from the street was unbearable. There were people walking past on the sidewalk who knocked on the door and tried the door handle to open it, which frightened both me and the children.

Liked: Closest bus stops and metro stations.
Disliked: There was cockroaches everywhere. The most disgusting place that i have ever been. We didin't sleep three days because there was cockroach next to my son bed. There was cockroaches even in the cupboards. I cant give score 0. Thats why i give 1.
