  Near the beach

Liked: Location is great, near the beach. A lot of markets near by, as well as bus and tram stations. It is on the ground floor which was good for us with the kids and strollers. It was generally quiet.

Disliked: There were couple of damaged chairs that could be replaced before someone falls and hurt themselves. Bed in the living room is also damaged and uncomfortable for sitting and laying. One day there was a storm and the drains didn't work properly.

Liked: Really good location. A couple of minutes walk to the tram stop in to town and less than 10 to the beach. Really clean apartment and we had a good stay. Lisette was really responsive to any messages. Would recommend.

  Disliked: Nothing. All good.

Liked: The bedrooms were comfortable. It was very quiet. The shower was good

Disliked: We could have used a tea towel to dry the dishes and some washing up liquid. We didn't use the dish washer.

Liked: Personal contact via Whatsapp with the very friendly owner/host was very pleasant and very accurate. At arrival, we had an issue with the frontdoor, it can be opened with an app but the first time there was some error with the motor from the lock. After contact with the host, she opened the door from distance for us and the problem was directly solved. We came in an appartment that is very clean and has a nice very modern interior. The whole apartment has a lovely floral scent from all the flowered air fresheners, very pleasant! The location is a bit secluded on a side street, but that's not a problem considering the excellent price/quality ratio. Highly recommended!
