Guest reviews
Very good
Excellent location and helpful satff
Liked: Excellent location, Breakfast and staff. Ihsan at the front desk was extremely efficient when help was needed. The room was very clean. The staff serving the breakfast was very welcoming.
Disliked: Everything met my expectation
Great location in the city center
Liked: Location of the hotel is great, staff was friendly and the cinematic theme - was fun
Disliked: Breakfast for one.It was marked as v. good, and that is usually a strong recommendation at booking. In this case it was not. Breakfast was v. basic, and would benefit from a bit of variety and more fresh produce. You can pay little more and get upgraded version in the area (we did not try that, as we took breakfast for the whole stay). The room was not cleaned every day. Don't know what was the pattern, as we were not long enough to find one, but it was surprising.
Comfortable stay in the center of Valencia
Liked: The friendly staff at the reception, especially Noureddine. The beds are very good. Breakfast buffet is good. The decoration of the rooms and breakfast room is nice…the small notes with quotes is funny.
Disliked: The walls of the room are a bit thin…noise from the corridor and other rooms.
Liked: Excellent locations in the centre and very close to the xativia metro station
Disliked: Brwakfast could have been a little better but everything else was fine
Liked: Location is perfect. Helpful staff.
