Good
Location was good But was not that clean

Disliked: Was not clean
Liked: The location is excellent — everything you need is just a 5-minute walk away, which was definitely the highlight of the stay. The apartment itself is okay, but unfortunately the cleanliness was a major issue.
Disliked: The couch was old and dirty, the bed was not clean, and there were black hairs everywhere that definitely weren’t ours. The shower was full of hair, the blanket had stains that looked like blood, and there was an unpleasant smell throughout the apartment. When I asked the hosts to replace the bedding, they sent photos and claimed they had changed everything. In reality, they only replaced the sheet — and even that one was dirtier than before. Later they said there had been a “miscommunication,” but the blanket was never changed at all. The dishes were also dirty, there were no paper towels available, and overall the apartment felt very unclean and poorly maintained. There’s also no proper place or setup to dry clothes, so it’s best to take them to a nearby laundromat (about a 3-minute walk away). Overall, the location is great, but the lack of cleanliness and poor response from the host made the stay disappointing.

Disliked: I don’t recommend that anyone stays here until the host sorts out some major problems. It is not clean. When we arrived, the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. The cutlery draw is filthy and had hair in the drawer. The drain in the bathroom was clogged and flooded into the whole kitchen and bedroom. The host was great with this and helped quite quickly. However, there is a lot of water damage in the bathroom so it seems that this has been a problem before. The other reviews about the patio are also correct. It is extremely smelly and there is no chance you can go outside to enjoy. It is a shame because the place is so close to the beach and is spacious. However, basic things need to be fixed for it to be better. The shampoo and shower gel dispensers in the bathroom were empty and only given one toilet roll. There was an iron but no ironing board. Simple things like this can be improved. The just seemed nice but there are so many reviews about the cleanliness but the feedback has not been actioned.
A good and relatively quiet location
Liked: Modern renovation, the apartment has air conditioning and a fan above the bed, very convenient at night. Large space in the shower.
Disliked: There is no clothes dryer, so we had to hang our clothes on the chairs. There are no hooks for clothes in the bathroom. Wi-Fi often lagged.
Exceptional
Liked: I liked the modern style of the apartment and it was really clean and nice, we also had perfect experience of small party of our street and that was amazing, have to say I was impressed.
Disliked: There was not so much to be mad about
