  We loved it!

Liked: Wonderful apartment! Very comfortable for two. The apartment has everything you need! The sea is a 10-minute walk away, and there are shops and bus stops nearby. It's also very cozy. The friendly staff were always in touch and answered all our questions.

Disliked: My only recommendation would be to replace the hair dryer and fix the air conditioner remote control, as it didn't always work.

Great apartment whether youre considering a beach holiday or a city break

Liked: Accessing the apartment was very easy, this was particularly handy as we arrived 6hrs late in the early hours of the morning. The location, it`s 300m from both the beach and the nearest tram stop, which will take you to the metro and the historic centre in less than 10 minutes. It is an astonishingly quiet neighborhood day and night and felt very safe at all hours. I would have no difficulty recommending this apartment if you are thinking about visiting Valencia.

  nice apartment, even though

Liked: The loft is very nice, perfect for two people, the position is ideal for the beach: just 10 minutes far from Playa Las Arenas, beautiful beach. I have to say, unfortunatelly, that even if the check in was at 3pm, we arrived at 3:50pm and the loft wasn’t ready yet. So we had to leave the luggages and wait until 5:00pm at the beach because they were cleaning the apartment; we were very tired and we didn’t expect it. Otherwise, the loft was good and comfortable, I just suggest to leave more forniture in the kitchen as Scottex, towel/kitchen rags, coffee capsule, laundry’s detergent. Thank you very much! Valencia is such a beautiful city ❤️ Sara

  Very good

  Liked: Very clean

Disliked: Ground floor street level. Noisy. Couldn't really use balcony as it was ground level and upstairs neighbors looked down into it no privacy.
