Liked: We have been to patacona beach a few times and this apartment was the best we have stayed in Not on the beach front but it’s fourth floor with a view of the sea and just a few minutes walk to the beach Supermarket and places to eat nearby Carmen the host is a lovely lady who was very helpful and responded quickly if we contacted her We also liked that she supplied beach chairs and umbrella if you wanted to use them There are fewer beds an£ umbrellas on the beach now so this was useful on busy days Even a box of beach toys for kids
Disliked: Nothing to dislike
Liked: Not many restaurants nearby open in November so needed the car to go out for a meal in the evenings

Liked: lovely light apartment. Our host was excellent and always checking in with us. was easy to catch the bus into the city too.
Disliked: not enough towels provided. also need beach towels. and not enough bed linen. there was only one blanket and we needed more. trying to find coffee shop on Monday morning was a challenge.
Lovely family stay in clean and safe Alboraya
Liked: Best location in Valencia, lovely beach and walking path Alboraya through Malvarossa. Most friendly and supportive host of all trips - you feel supported throughout your stay!
Disliked: Baths ok but need to plan renovating a bit

Disliked: Some noise in the back bedroom from neighbour's but you have to expect that in an apartment building
