Valencia is a wonderful spot. We loved the position. Room of improvement for services in the house. We are confident the
Liked: Position is eccellent to visit city center and having a full immersion in Valencia ancient town. Pretty close to metro and bus station, to easily reach different areas and the beach. Close to bike renting spots, to enjoy wonderful parks and biking Lines. The remote assitance with owners worked. Rooms are comfortable enough in terms of available space.
Disliked: Stairs to the apartment are not very clean. Few details in the house (such as the bathroom fan not working at all and the broken hand shower) have not been fixed before or during arrival. If you are going during summertime, be aware the air conditioning is not available and especially in the mezzanine sleeping can be very hard.
Liked: Nice location, close to the park.
Disliked: If you are visiting in the summer months it can be really hot since there are only fans in the apartment. Also can be noisy during the weekend in the night.
Place location in the center, good transport infrastructure, but no hot water and other shower problems very annoying

Central but warm and noisy
Liked: Location is great, in the historical centre. easy to walk. Ca. 10 minutes walk to the main squares. Appartment is near to metrostation Colon which is a 30 minutes ride by metro 3 or 5 from Valencia Airport. Appartment is very well equiped with all the things you'll need.
Disliked: The appartment is very noisy: on the nearby small square around the corner is a small American Style café for breakfast (do not go there, it is very expensive for Spain, nearby are better and cheaper options). On Saturday there was a very noisy streetparty untill 4 a.m. in the morning. As if the dj was in your bedroom. We stayed in June: the two fans are not enough to lower down the temperature, as the appartment is on the highest floor.
