Exceptional
A great apartment supported by fabulous hosts
Liked: The apartment was great, with more open space than it appears on the photographs. Sofa and beds were comfy and plenty of natural light. Everything was super clean and tidy when we arrived and the number code entry worked very well. The hosts, Mercedes and Javier were great throughout our stay - brilliant communication, and very helpful, making certain that everything was in order. The apartment is less than ten minutes from the Campanar Metro which was great for us. There was a supermarket on the way as well, so no problem with getting supplies. The entry was secure, the shower was hot and the kitchen has all the cutlery and crockery we needed for 2 and would have worked for up to 4 people easily. The hosts provided some recommendations for restaurants and nightlife and gave us all the information we required when a storm warning was issued for the area - keeping in touch to make sure we didn't get stuck at the airport. It was a really good example of positive proactive communication that was consitent through our stay.
Disliked: No issues at all with our stay, everything was really great. One thing to be aware of was the mandatory tourism registration and direct payment that is required. You will deal with this directly with the apartment. They provide a secure link to a validated https website to complete your details. I took some time to check this out before proceeding. It worked smoothly and was confirmed within the day by the hosts. I was comfortable with the process.

Perfect location for a city break
Liked: We liked the location of the apartment being on a small pedestrian area. The apartment was very nicely decorated
Disliked: Would have liked to have acces to the top patio but that was never in the offer so I can say that there is nothing we did not like
Liked: The apartment was just perfect, really comfortable and cosy, perfectly clean, it felt like home. The contact with the owners was perfect. The neighbourhood is very nice, it feels like a small town within a big city, it's really quiet and peaceful yet very close to the public transport, shops and not far from the historical centre. I truly recommend and would come back

Amazing place and host
Liked: We had a wonderful stay at Cosy Ups in Valencia. The apartment was exactly as described, comfortable, clean, and perfectly located for exploring the city. Mercedes, our host, has been absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived she was welcoming, helpful and incredibly knowledgeable. She guided us throughout our stay, shared great local recommendations and was always on hand if we needed anything. Her kindness and attention really made the experience special. We purchased a tourist card during our stay and used the metro to get around which made everything very easy. The Campanar metro link is close by with supermarkets nearby and plenty of places to eat within walking distance, which was ideal. We could not have asked for a better host or a better place to stay. Highly recommended and we would happily return.
