Fabulous
Liked: Quiet neighborhood with park, big kitchen, near bus station, clean apartment.
Overall, very nice stay
Liked: Nice and clean; conveniently located on the local bus routes; groceries and eatery very near
Disliked: Should keep some arrangements for coffee, tea, kettle etc. Should have alternate arrangement if Tedee software lock does not work; there is a danger of locking out if no internet or run out of phone charge or software malfunction. No personal help at hand.
Liked: The location of the accommodation is absolutely perfect, just a one-minute walk from the bus stop. Our apartment overlooked a pedestrian park in a quiet area, yet with several bars and restaurants just a short walk away.
Good enough if you dont use the sofa bed
Liked: Good location and customer support. Value for money
Disliked: The sofa bed is not comfortable and its placed by the door. Im sure it goes against safety rules in case of evacuation, because you cant open the front door (and only exit since there is no window) when the sofa bed is set. The fact that the key is a mobile app makes it impossible to open if you have no battery or internet access.
Liked: Perfect place for beach lovers, near the shops and supermarkets.
Disliked: Not a perfect clean property but not bad at the same time. Despite the two air-conditioning, it is a little bit hot. The electric fuse circuit goes off if you use the two air-conditions and the cooker at the same time. You need to switch off then on the fuse box to fix the issue.
Liked: It was very clean, the room is large, the location is good. Has everything you need for comfort stay.
Disliked: There is no parking, but there is free parking neraby. The sofabed is not as comfortable as real bed.
