Guest reviews
Very good
Liked: Check in e check out in completa autonomia
Disliked: Mancanza frigorifero in camera
Liked: You can't run a hotel on AI. Poor booking facilities design meant that we had no idea whether we were registered. We asked for email confirmation. Nothing. No reception. The hotel also failed to provide the internet password. Too little consideration for guests.
Disliked: No staff poor communication, no internet password..loudy Aircon.where to start?
Great location,clean and comfortable
Affordable accomodation but not a very nice overall experience
Liked: The mattress, easy check-in/check-out, luggage store
Disliked: The window room facing inside the shaft and smelled very bad. The AC was not working properly. One of the shower heads still got hair on it. Overall, not a very nice experience giving the air quality in the room and the noises coming from the shaft.
Liked: Good location, peaceful neighborhood, close to the City of museums park. Friendly stuff, they gave us the room earlier.
Liked: We liked the ease of coming in and out of the building with our key, and the comfy beds. The cleaning staff were friendly and very helpful!
Disliked: Check-in was only possible due to the cleaning staff. We arrived and were unable to get inside to check in because no one was at the desk or answering the 24/7 phone number. We called several times from several phones over fifteen minutes with no answer. A cleaning lady was able to let us in, but there was a problem with the check in machine. As we still could not get an answer on the 24/7 phone, the cleaning lady was able to call someone to help us check in.
