Liked: Location is great and the property is very nice and comfortable.

Disliked: We booked for 3 persons, we arrived at 2am and the the sofa bed was not made up. I opened the bed and there were no sheets, and none of these were in the wardrobes either, and we were missing the 3rd towel too. I messaged the host and they replied to me in the morning that the sofa bed should have the sheets with didn’t. After some back and forth throughout the day they brought the sheets and the towel at 6pm and told me there should be an extra pillow in the wardrobe which was not there. Was not a big issue as I kept using the cushions from the sofa to sleep on and putting them in the pillow case.

Great choice, just hope check-in communication improves

Liked: The accommodation is located at a very central place. We mostly just walked to explore the city but you could also rent the Valencia Bici. Bed was comfortable and air conditioner worked properly

Disliked: The instructions sent weren't clear enough. However, I think this is something that can be fixed easily. In the message they were speaking about a reception and wrote that doing the check-in online could save time. This made me assume it could also just be done at a reception in person and since the link they sent for the online check-in wasn't working, we didn't do that yet. However we then spent ages looking for the place and when I called no one picked up. Eventually, after probably an hour someone called and messaged us and we got the right code and location. It worked out well in the end but got us stressed at the start. Other than that the accommodation was great, I would stay here again if the communication goes better. For non-spanish speakers, this could in particular be an issue
