Not as expected
Liked: Location. They asnwer quickly when we needed something.
Disliked: Beds were not comfortable at all and they squeak everytime one moves. The pillows were too flat (but they sent us extra pillows when we asked for). We were not able to use the dishwasher because it needs salt. The lighting were too dim. The bed sheets does not smell good.
Disliked: Unfortunately, our overall experience staying in these two apartments was very disappointing. The location is excellent, but unfortunately, that was the only positive aspect of our stay. The apartments were missing even the most basic essentials. In one of the apartments, there were no glasses, cutlery or basic kitchen utensils whatsoever. The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable and clearly need replacing. The locks on all the bathroom doors were broken, and in one of the showers, the glass panel was completely detached, posing a serious safety risk, especially for families travelling with young children. However, the most concerning issue was the front entrance door, which was broken and could easily be pushed open. We contacted the team multiple times to report this and request that it be checked, but despite staying for three days, nobody came to address the issue. On the first morning, when we left the apartment at around 9 a.m., we found three homeless people sleeping inside the building, next to the lift. Given that the entrance door was not secure, this left us feeling extremely unsafe and uncomfortable. Basic maintenance, essential amenities and, above all, guest safety should be a priority. Unfortunately, these apartments fell well below our expectations in all these areas. We would not recommend staying here, particularly for families with children.
