Exceptional

Liked: The apartment was amazing, the location couldn’t have been better and Fabio the host was incredible. I will book this place every time I come back to Valencia.

Liked: A great host. Met us and gave us useful recommendations. The flat was clean and equipped. Near an area with restaurants.
Disliked: Slight smell of drain in the bathroom. We had to keep curtains closed as windows went onto the street.
Lovely apartment
Liked: We had a great experience! Apartment is well equipped, stylish and super clean, and the host Aura was amazing - very friendly and helpful. The location is also great.
Disliked: The only negative thing I can think of is the noise from outside- the apartment is on the first floor very close to the street, thus sleeping in the living room was not ideal, but if you are traveling alone or as a couple and planning to use only the bedroom there shouldn’t be any issues.
A perfect stay in a clean, comfortable apartment with a great location and an exceptionally helpful host
Liked: I had an excellent stay at this property. The apartment was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with everything needed for a short or long visit. The location was perfect—close to restaurants, shops, and public transport, yet quiet at night. The host was exceptionally kind, responsive, and made check-in very easy. Overall, great value for money and a place I would happily return to on my next trip to Valencia.
Amazing ground floor apartment close to the city
Liked: Fabio is probably the best host from Valencia and responded quickly to all questions and gave lots of great tips. The apartment is on the ground floor which was great. Free parking across the street behind the white stripes (you have to be lucky that there is space). Apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Only a 5 min walk to Russafa (hip neighbourhood of Valencia) and 30 min walk to the city center.
Disliked: If I have to mention one improvement; for tall people that are 190cm+ the bed is too short (ikea has great 200cm mattresses)
