Comfortable stay
Liked: Spacious apartment with all amenities. Comfortable bed and pillows. Nice decor.
Disliked: TV remote did not work. A bit fiddly to enter building the first time.c
Liked: The studio is equipped with everything you need for a stay of a few nights. In terms of location, it is well connected to the main points of interest in Valencia. We walked to the city center every time. Communication with the host was exceptional—we were able to leave our luggage on the terrace outside standard hours, both at check-in and check-out.
Disliked: It is absolutely true that the sound insulation from the apartment above is extremely poor and you can hear everything. It can be quite disturbing, but it is not the host’s fault, so it does not affect the rating I give.

Liked: Great location, walking distance from the main areas and public transport. Nice place for the two nights we were there, clean and comfortable. The owner was super helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!

Great value for the money that we spend
Liked: We spend 2 nights, we were 3 adults and 1 child, the place was nice and close to the center, the owner was very disponible for anything. The apartment had everything that you need if you spend a couple of days. It was a great value for the money that we spend.
Disliked: The sofa bed wasn't so comfortable and the air conditioner wasn’t working properly, maybe because the place was very spacious and it couldn’t cover the entire area. In the summer it might be fine, but during the winter period it could be a problem.”
