Liked: Nice place. Well equipped.
Disliked: Info in Spanish only. The main entrance door to all the flats could be quite noisy.
Outstanding location for a city break and more in Valencia
Liked: Very nice and fully equipped apartment. The host is very helpful and available for any assistance needed. Suitable location - tram 10 is the gateway to the city centre, and you can walk to the City of Arts, Oceanogràfic and the quarter good restaurants.
Liked: Clean and comfortable apartment, close to attractions but away from the crowd. The owners are always willing to serve you.
A fabulous stay!
Liked: We had a fabulous stay in this apartment. The apartment has everything you need, it was spotless and its very modern with lots of storage etc. It is located very close to the Carrefour shopping centre, the Oceanografic aquarium ( a must see) and the Arts and Science building. There are a number of restaurants within walking distance. We visited Malcom and Barrett during our stay- the food and cocktails were delicious. Finally, the host was so accommodating and communication before and during our stay was excellent. He facilitated an early check-in as the apartment was ready and he held our bags on departure. There was bananas and breadsticks waiting for us on arrival, which was a lovely touch. The pool area was very clean. It has two pools; a large pool and a baby pool which was great. I would highly recommend this apartment.
Disliked: We were a little surprised that there was no sun loungers beside the pool.

Liked: Everything what you need was there from cleaning stuff to beach devices.
Disliked: Its not a problem of the apartment, but there is a big construction nearby and its a bit noisy during the day
