  Great time in Valencia and a good location

  Liked: Clean and everything that was needed was there

  Disliked: Accessing the property on arrival was a bit tricky. Had WhatsApp conversation with host and had to download an app to remotely open the door lock. This download of the app took a while, luckily I had enough data to do this.

  Overall, it was an excellent and enjoyable stay

  Liked: really enjoyed my stay in Valencia, a vibrant and welcoming city with a pleasant atmosphere and excellent facilities. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and well-located, which made my stay very convenient. Overall, both the city and the accommodation contributed to a very positive experience.

  Disliked: One negative aspect was the noise near the apartment where I stayed. Due to the large windows, vibrations and outside sounds were quite noticeable throughout the day. This occasionally affected the overall comfort of the stay.

  Comfortable self sufficient place in a good location

  Liked: Cosy apartment perfect for 2 for a mini break. Walking distance to the university hospital so ideal for family visiting students or visiting professionals. We were visiting a patient and needed flexible self-sufficient accommodation. The communication via WhatsApp with the staff was great. It was lovely that the apartment had shampoo, soap, washing up kit etc provided so we didn’t have to worry about shopping for these things.

  Disliked: Ideal for a short stay but the sofa/tv area is very small so not so good for relaxing in the apartment. It also needs somewhere to put coats, bags and luggage just inside the door as it otherwise has to hang on chairs in the kitchen area. But it is super comfy and clean so this is a minor issue.

  Liked: The apartment has everything you need. We slept really good, quiet neighborhood. Parking very easy to find and for free.

  Disliked: The only thing we did not like was that the appartment had no windows with a view.

  Exceptional

  Liked: The apartment was clean and cosy, equipped with everything we needed. Location is close to the centre with bus, but also close to the beach. If we visit Valencia again, we will definitely come back!:)
