Fabulous
Great large apartment for a family or group on a cultural stay in Valencia
Liked: Really great location for the Valencia Half Marathon. Only a short walk to the Jardin de Turia and old town. Lovely style apartment with terrace where you can eat outside. Two bathrooms are great. Lovely style. We are all runners so don’t mind walking - great for exploring all parts of València. Lovely view over a church from the kitchen window and parakeets flying over the terrace!
Disliked: Liked it all and would recommend. Be aware that there are steps to get up so not good for anyone who is not great with stairs. Sofa bed is a bit squeaky if you have more people and need to use that as a bed, but apart from that we had a fantastic stay and the owners were great in their messaging etc.
Liked: La localización y disponer de plaza de aparcamiento, aunque hay q avisar prwviamente y abonar aparte. Nosotros no avisamos y aún así sí nos dejaron la plaza. Terraza agradable.
Disliked: Mucho calor en la habitación pequeña. No dispone de menaje suficiente en la cocina. Escaleras estrechas y oscuras. Avisamos de atasco en lavabo y presencia de hormigas.
Liked: Very nice apartment with full equipment in kichen.Great location.Very kind host and very easy to communicate with about everything.
Good for 2 families and close to main attractions
Liked: Sufficient space to leave 2 families of 7 people.
Disliked: The heating was not that effective mainly with airconditioning and it was making noise, very much uncomfortable while sleeping
Liked: We really love the style of the apartment:) and 2 bathrooms for 5 people
Disliked: It would be nice to put some extra heating - in the October sometimes it is cold:)

Liked: The apartment was in a good location and was very spacious.
Disliked: It could do with a bit of refresher - the couch was well used, one the of the chairs was wobbly, the walls were a bit dirty. There were some dirty cloths in the washing machine and the fridge wasn't the cleanest.
