Fabulous
Excellent location but very noisy
Liked: Excellent location,in the middle of Old Town. Was able to walk to most places. Friendly staff and good communication via WhatsApp Complimentary small breakfast served to room in the morning. Late check out. Didn’t have to check out until noon and then could leave luggage in store room.
Disliked: Very noisy during the night from people due to its location right until after 1am but then due to the bins on the street below being emptied. Our room was supposed to be a quiet room too! The shower was very small and leaked.
Liked: Really good central location. Check in very straightforward. Complimentary toast/cake and a coffee every morning.
Disliked: Quite a lot of noise from outside the hotel throughout the night
The host was very helpful, the location is great, the room was clean

The staff on the reception Jose is very kind and helpful. They have also store location for the luggage after check out the room. Definitely recommend!
Liked: The staff were incredibly caring, and the level of personal attention was truly amazing! We really appreciated the breakfast delivered to our room every morning, as well as the excellent communication via WhatsApp from the very beginning. We would like to take this opportunity to thank José and Susana for taking such wonderful care of us during our stay. 😊
Disliked: Better soundproofing and a more comfortable mattress would make a big difference. Everything else was great!
