Fabulous
Great location to explore the city but basic with no natural light
Liked: Showers were good, comfortable beds, location was good next to the city centre
Disliked: No kettle in the room, didn’t feel safe with people hanging around outside the property all day and night, construction work woke us up (right outside our door) at 745 two mornings in a row, no natural light in the apartment, bathroom sinks unusable

Very comfortable even for a longer stay
Liked: Very tidy building and clean flat, it felt like everything is new, with cutlery and almost all kitchen supply. The 200 euro deposit was unblocked from my card in a few hours of us leaving.
Disliked: Not a big problem but it is good to know that this street is in the middle of the "red light district". It's not noisy or unsafe and the police is patroling frequentely but at first it can feel weird or scary.
Great location, plenty of room and helpful/ friendly staff. Would stay again

Liked: Perfect location in the middle of Old Town Valencia! It's a big Old Town, so it's important not to be too far from the center of it. The apartment was a very good size, perfect for two. A functional kitchen and large dining/living room combination with a table for 4, with a sofabed (in case you want to be 3 or 4 in the apartment). One separate bedroom with lots of closet space. The staff is the best! Sergio was so helpful with everything, recommending restaurants and things to do. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Coffee and basic stuff (sugar, oil) is provided by Flats Friends, but no breakfast; but you can go shopping at a very nearby supermarket and make your own breakfast.
Disliked: It was a bit noisy, not only from adjacent rooms that had families and very young kids, but also from the street in the middle of the night. Did not last long, but it was loud enough to wake me up!
