Fabulous
An apartment that is in an excellent location, but only looks good in the photos
Liked: Location: landmarks and the infrastructure necessary for daily living are accessible within a few hundred meters.
Disliked: - The water heater was switched off when we arrived, so we had no hot water on the first day. They apologized but didn't know who had turned it off. - A pungent sewage smell was coming from the drain under the kitchen sink. - The toilet bowl is not secured; it shifts beneath you. - In the bedroom, the wallpaper is peeling off in several places, revealing moldy walls underneath. There are multiple apartments in the building; we stayed in unit number 5. I found a lipstick stain on the bed sheet...

Our stay was perfect and the accommodation exceeded our expectations
Liked: The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable and the hosts were super helpful and replied very quickly to any questions we had. The location was superb, close to the centre and about 15 minute drive from the beach which meant we could indulge in both every day. Would definitely come back!
Disliked: It could do with having an oven and dishwasher!
Disliked: Not having AC on the bedrooms.
Liked: Location was amazing - right in the center but in a quite small street. You step out and you are in the heart of Venice. The flat was spacious and had a nice local feel with its style (loved the kitchen tiles and the stove). We slept comfortably. Supermarket around the corner is a huge advantage. Claudia was helpful and attentive along the whole stay.
Disliked: Mosquitos.
