Fabulous
Very well located modern and comfortable apartment
Liked: It was a modern and comfortable apartment very well located to the centre - Valencia is a great city and this was an ideal base to explore it.
Disliked: Could have done with some coffee tabs and more amenities in the kitchen (tea towels etc.)
Excellent location and good-size flat
Liked: Excellent location and very good-sized flat, with AC, WI-FI, coffee machine, TV and washing machine. On the expensive side, all things considered, but we were central to most things and there are great transport connections all around. The host left useful tips and was very welcoming. He let us drop our luggage before check-in.
Disliked: Terrible sewage smell from the bathroom. We called the host on day 2, he said he would arrange for someone to check it when we were out, but the issue was not sorted and the smell got even worse. The kitchen had a single-plate electric cooker, which is quite inconvenient for cooking for a family of five, so we never cooked at home, but it's nice to have the option.
Liked: Very spacious and comfortable apartment in a very nice area, close to the historical center and right next to the Turia Park.
Enjoyed thoroughly
Liked: The space and the brightness
Disliked: We didn’t find any fault with the property
Liked: It was a joy to deal with the owner of the property. He was very accommodating and friendly. The location was excellent and the place itself was beautiful, space and clean.
Disliked: There were renovations happening upstairs, so mornings were noisy but to no fault of property owner.
Exceptional
