Pleasant stay
Liked: We have enjoyed our stay with Carlos and Caroline at their flat! Every surface was exceptionally clean and the location in the art-centered Russafa neighborhood was amazing with a great walking/biking/public transportation reach to the city center or beach.

Disliked: Tiny stuffy sinking room in quite spacious flat. The stink is the first thing you notice once entered this. The room has no any view or daylight, even if you're brave enough to open the window. Having booked 3 nights I stayed only one of them because I was kicked out by the host (who lives in the flat, in next door bedroom with his so called partner) because I used his coffee machine, he said "the kitchen is not included". I tried to argue but it failed. He was so angry, some moment I felt unsafely Extremely unstable person who is capable of hysteria over a cup of coffee.

Liked: 1.Location: 10 minutes walk from the Nord station 2.Access to the kitchen 3. Clean 4. The landlord speaks excellent English with a charming British accent.
Disliked: 1. The owner and his partner rent a second room, so you live with them, this should be included in the description. 2. A small window overlooks the backyard, so the room is generally dark. 3. There is a patio or rather a dark mini yard that serves as a storage room and a clothes dryer, you cannot use it, sit down, drink a cup of coffee or smoke a cigarette. 4. Problem with the sewage system( patio), I couldn't open the window and let in fresh air because it stank. 5. There's a washing machine in the apartment, but I couldn't use it because the landlord didn't include it in the rental price...disappointing...4 nights/€200. I couldn't do a single load of laundry. I had to go to the laundromat myself and pay extra 9 €.
