  Stay couldn’t be better

  Liked: Super nice location, super apartment. School with active children and noises next door but no problem at all

  Liked: Location was good close to Mercat Central and centre.

  Disliked: Sofa bed not too comfortable to sleep on it. The noise coming from the corridor, especially when some opens a door, and the noise of the lift it was too much every time someone uses it!

  A Great Stay in Valencia, Comfortable, Clean and Easy

  Liked: Check-in was very efficient and easy. From the moment we entered the apartment, we immediately had a very good feeling. The apartment is comfortable, very clean, well prepared and has everything you need. Everything is convenient and easy, which made our stay very enjoyable from the start. We really felt comfortable and at home.

  Disliked: There was really nothing we disliked about the apartment itself, overall, our experience was excellent. The only point I would reconsider is the €100 security deposit. As the booking was already fully prepaid and our credit card details were provided, I personally feel this additional deposit is unnecessary. It also means having to check afterwards that the amount has been refunded. They confirmed that the deposit would be returned, so there was no issue, but I would prefer a simpler system without this additional payment.

  I can recommend this place

  Liked: Cozy terrace, comfortable beds, good contact with the owner, localisation, sufficient kitchen utilities. According to the previous opinions, the shower was fixed and worked perfectly!

  Disliked: Metal chair backs on the terrace that get rusty if you sit in the wet cloths (in my case it resulted in getting the rust into the fibres of my dress - however, it can be removed for example with lemon juice but it took around an hour); lack of clothes dryer - special attention if you intend to dry your cloths on the chairs; lack of even a small dishwasher - especially if you need to clean kitchen utilities before a check out. Thereof, we spend some more time on tiding the space which might be improved by equipping the kitchen.

  Uncomfortable bed and terrible Air Conditioning

  Liked: Good location

  Disliked: Air conditioning was entirely unsuitable for the unit, there was one in the living area but none in the bedroom. Living area could get to 24 at night but no lower, no impact on bedroom temp which was more like 27. Needs 3-4x the cooling volume power. Bed was incredibly firm, and I’ve had neck pains since sleeping on it. Bathroom was cramped and the sink was poorly shaped, difficult to wash hands in.
