Exceptional
A Wonderful Stay!
Liked: Jose and Montse made me eel so welcome. My bed was extremely comfortable. The room was spotless as well. This location is perfect, being so central. The free breakfast was much appreciated! I will certainly return!
Disliked: Nothing!
Brilliant the lady in breakfast amazing
Liked: Very clean very helpful great value for money
Disliked: Clean and nearby
I believe you could get a bigger room for a more reasonable price
Liked: Clean room. Decent location.
Disliked: Hotel door was locked upon arrival. OVERPRICED for size of room. Needed to request a luggage rack for a second guest and she made it seem like it was an inconvenience/luxury. We were especially surprised and disappointed that the she did not call us to let us know that she had forgotten to give back an important ID card after check-in, even though we had supplied our phone numbers. My spouse spent night unnecessarily preoccupied as to where it could be. She waited to give it back to him at breakfast! In fairness, she did assist in calling taxi services for us and storing luggage after checkout time.
Lovely host fabulous property-highly recommend
Liked: Very central for metro and train - clean modern and attention to detail- fabulous breakfast - lovely staff/ luggage stored after check out -
Disliked: N/a
An enjoyable unforgetable stay! Highly recommend it!
Liked: Super friendly hosts! Both Jose & Montse welcomed us nicely! Montse offered us very good tips of the whereabouts and how to get there! Hotel easily reached by public transport. Xativa metro station is just few minutes by walk away from the hotel. One can reach directly Xativa Station from Valencia Airport (line 3 & 5). Hotel is really clean, comfortable mattress, very good AC & Wifi and coffee machine & mini fridge in our room were added bonus which we really appreciated! Breakfast (buffet) - really tasty! Everything was always freshly prepared! THANKYOU!
Disliked: Nothing! We loved everything about this hotel!
Hotel 19-30 was sufficiently comfortable and perfect for a few days stay
Liked: Very quirky and original interior design. The location was perfect for walking about old town and the metro.
Disliked: Stairs were a bit steep but to be expected for an older historical building.
