Disliked: Extremely Disappointing – Nowhere Near a Four-Star Hotel This hotel is absolutely not worthy of its four-star rating. At best, it is an average two-star hotel charging four-star prices. Do not be fooled by the star rating! The facilities and amenities are extremely poor and completely unacceptable for a hotel claiming to be four-star. * The air conditioning is extremely weak and ineffective. * There is no safe box. * No iron is available. * The hairdryer is terrible and barely functional. * No slippers are provided. * The towels are of the most basic, cheapest quality. * The hygiene standards and quality of the soaps and toiletries are very disappointing. * They don’t even have toothpaste or toothbrushes available, not even for purchase! I was willing to pay for them, but the hotel simply didn’t have any. How can a hotel advertise itself as four-star while failing to provide even the most basic amenities? What made the experience even worse was the complete lack of customer service. I raised my concerns with both the hotel and Booking.com, but neither showed any genuine willingness to help, offer a solution, or address my complaints. I feel extremely disappointed and misled by this booking. The quality of the facilities, the level of service, and the overall experience are nowhere near what you should expect from a four-star hotel. I will absolutely never stay here again, and I strongly recommend that others avoid this hotel. It is completely overpriced for what it offers and does not deserve its four-star rating.
Liked: A lovely boutique hotel with lots of character. Very friendly and helpful staff. Located 5 minutes from a bus stop and lots of local facilities.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike.
Liked: The hotel is pretty good, everything is clean, rooms are nicely equipped.
Disliked: The walls are quite thin so if the guests are loud in the rooms next to you at night, they may wake you up.
Liked: The staff here are super friendly and.helpful and live they have hire bikes available. Rooms were clean and comfy
Disliked: We were a little out of the centre but for the price, this wasn't an issue
Liked: We were satisfied, everything was great. A little noise from the surrounding rooms, but since we didn't spend much time in the room, it didn't bother us. Highly recommended. Great location, nice and helpful staff!
I would recommend stay at this hotel when visiting Valencia
Liked: Clean, organised e welcoming staff. Common areas great for remote work. Tea and water station add a plus.
Disliked: It would be perfect if the windows will provide better isolation of street noice.
