Very good
Liked: The general idea reagrding staff is great. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. Windows can be opened.
Disliked: Shower room is partially moldy. The toilet has an uncomfortable and strong sewege smell, that can be smelled from the bedroom area. The elevator is very shady (loud, slow, display doesn’t work), could use some maintenance. Hotel is expensive and while it is advertised as a 4-star hotel, it is not even close to it.

Liked: Location - very convenient Room - good Breakfast - good Room housekeeping: The service was sloppy. The bed sheets were not tightly stretched or folded down neatly, and it appeared that only the minimum cleaning had been done each day. The note in the bathroom stated that, to conserve water and reduce the use of washing powder, bath towels would only be replaced if they were left in the bath. However, the cleaner ignored the notice; on certain days, the bath towels were removed from the room even though they had been hung on the towel hanger.
