Guest reviews
Exceptional
Liked: Clean studio close to public transport
Disliked: On the ground floor on a main road, some traffic noise, all windows frosted so couldn't see out.
Liked: Location is great, close to public transport and tourist attractions.
Disliked: The apartment door faces directly onto the street. During storms or heavy rain—which do occur in Valencia—water gets into the apartment.
Clean, comfortable, good location
Liked: Clean and comfortable, there is everything you need. Good location next to the mall and attractions. AC and wash machine in the room.
Disliked: The only complication was parking which mentioned in description. First of all if you wanna get it you have to pay extra. Second interesting thing was that it’s really tight, so if your car isn’t small you will spend half a day trying to get in and then another half a day to get it out:)
Liked: Were able to park outside the front door (was late August), no 10 light rail outside our door, three stops to the centre fringe walking distace to the city of the Arts, past a modern shopping centre., comfortable with all a couple could need.
Liked: A very well combined studio flat placed on a ground floor facing street, has everything that you may need: coffee, snack, few drinks included, washing machine, tv, air conditioner, very decent shower including shampoo and shower gel, and a couch that transforms into bed for two in addition to already present bed suitable for two. The access is with a code, which was a very comfortable option for us ( no running around searching for a key).
Disliked: For me personally it would be more suitable to have check out at 12 instead of 11, which is not an issue but rather an opportunity to consider. Street facing flat may be a bit louder that usual, but we didn't experienced this during our stay. Im general, I didn't experienced any issues or faced thing that made my stay unpleasant, therefore I can definitely recommend it.
Noce place to stay and visit the city
Liked: Nice place, had everything we needed. Plenty of parking in the area (free). Safe neighbourhood, nice to walk. Walking distance to Oceanografic and Science Museum. Mall close so you can buy everything you need. Good communication with the owner.
Disliked: Ground floor, direct access from the street. Was not really a problem to us, but good to know.
