Exceptional
Fabulous Apartment
Liked: Igor was a fabulous host, very welcoming and knowledgeable. The apartment was superb, very spacious, well equipped and in a quiet location. We loved the olive tree and it was great to have some outside space. Just a short walk to the heart of Valencia city centre. Would definitely recommend a stay here.
Disliked: An electric kettle would be beneficial.
Host was incredibly friendly and helpful! Apartment was very well located and clean and comfortable. Appreciated the cof
Liked: The cleanliness, comfort, spaciousness and location.! Also lovely on arrival to be able to make coffee and tea and have cold water in the fridge - thank you!
Disliked: The 2nd bed would benefit from having a bedside lamp.

A pleasant stay in a quiet and well-located apartment
Liked: Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would especially highlight the excellent location, the spacious apartment, its cleanliness, the air conditioning, and the very friendly welcome from Igor and his daughter. The apartment has an open-plan layout, without separating walls between the sleeping and living areas, which did not bother us at all.
Disliked: We did notice a few large cockroaches, which was certainly not pleasant, although they were already dead. Perhaps this was related to the hot weather, and we hope it was just an isolated occurrence.
Chic apartment valencia
Liked: The apartment was in a great location easily walkable to bars, restaurants and shopping area. Igor is a truly excellent host and was on hand at all times to answer any questions. The apartment is exactly as pictured and we would definitely stay here again in the future. You really couldn't pick a better place to stay.
Disliked: The shower is a bit small.
Liked: Apartment and Location was very good, close to the old town, everything was perfect. Igor and his daughter were very nice. People, couldn't of been and more helpful
Disliked: Nothing
