Liked: Perfect place in Valencia, near everywhere. Nice flat with very kind Pepe. He likes to help with everything he can. Really recommend it.

Liked: What you are paying for is the location, which really is superb! The amenities are basic, but since the accommodation is priced competitively with hostels and not hotels, I think that it's very good value for money. There will be no one snoring and coughing through the night in your room. The host was most helpful and accommodating!
Disliked: We were here in May, so it was fine, but I do believe the room can get somewhat hot in the summer.
