Has potential
Liked: It's great value for money and the location is perfect too. Has a little kitchenette and complementary coffee pods (bring your own milk).
Disliked: Unfortunately we had a run of bad luck at the unit: the bed was broken; the hot water was broken; shower head broken and water wasn't draining so the smell was intense. They apologized and promised they would get maintenance on it right away. If those things were fixed then it would have been restful and pleasant. The check in process is also very odd with the too short stand for the iPad and the exhausting amount of information they suddenly need. We had to call for assistance because it was not user friendly and we had no idea how to enter or what the process was. Some simple instructions before hand and gathering all our information at the time of booking would improve guest experience tremendously.

Disliked: It is NOT for 5 people. The only good thing about this place was the location and the airco. Unfortunately, the shower was not working properly, and there was no shower gel or shampoo, the dispenser was empty. The biggest issue is that this apartment is definitely not suitable for five guests. It has one double bed, one small bed in another room, and a sofa bed that was extremely uncomfortable. Super poor quality. We were shocked. Two people had to sleep on it, and it made for a very poor night’s sleep. To make things worse, the elevator had an “out of order” sign, so all five of us had to carry our luggage up to the third floor. On the last day, we realized the elevator was actually working, which was incredibly frustrating. I travel frequently, and I have never seen the “ charge for an earlier check in of €17 (if available) with the possibility of only entering 3 hours before or another €17 to check out a little later. These extra fees felt excessive and unnecessary. Specially for this kind of apartment. Overall, this accommodation is far too expensive for the quality it offers. It did not meet our expectations, was certainly not good value for the price, and I would never stay here again.

A very good place for a long stay
Liked: This beautiful apartment is in a calm neighborhood, 15 mins walking to the old city and all sightseeing. Mercadona is very close. The whole building belongs to this Libere apartment so we felt safe staying there. We liked how every little detail is taken care of. The kitchen has everything you need for a long stay. There is an elevator which is very convenient. The air conditioner in both rooms. And we loved the terrace! We had an issue with the boiler which stopped working and the support team in the chat sent a person to us and fixed it very quickly. Thank you for this attitude, it made our stay pleasant.
Disliked: The pipes are smelly. I can see that the owners try to fix this with deodorants and it's really nothing they can do about the building construction, I believe. But for some people that might be a problem. The bed isn't big enough for two people (again because of the room size and construction of the building), so if you are a tall man, that might be uncomfortable.
