Fabulous
Fabulous apartment in great location but the walls need better soundproofing
Liked: Location spacious and cleanliness
Disliked: Paper thin walls between the apartments which disturbed our sleep
Liked: We liked the location, especially the easy access to nearby amenities and the proximity to cafés and restaurants. We also appreciated the cleanliness and size of the room. The bed linen, towels, and hairdryer were definite positives. We really enjoyed the breakfast, which was excellent and offered great value for money.
Disliked: We were very disappointed with the room we were given. It's unbelievable that, for the same price, you can get either a room on one of the upper floors (as shown in the property's photos) or a ground-floor room facing the street, which is what we got. There was literally just one window separating us from the street, which is lined with restaurants and cafés. People were drinking right outside our window, just a few centimetres away from our heads, on the other side of the wall. It was extremely noisy. The price of this particular room (004) should definitely be reduced to reflect its location and lack of privacy. The sofa was very uncomfortable and should be replaced. There also weren't enough clothes hangers. I wouldn't recommend this property unless you can secure a room on one of the upper floors, preferably with a balcony.
Great place for a larger group staying in one place
Liked: Comfortable and updated
Disliked: A few items needed replacing including burned out lightbulb and coffee maker was leaking. Could use more kitchen accessories like cooking tools.
Good location but careful of noise levels
Liked: The apartment was spacious and clean but very functional. We had to move rooms as the noise was unbearable. Avoid room 4 and try to stay at the back of the building
Disliked: The noise level of first room, there’s a late night bar right outside the window, impossible to sleep. Room five is 100% better.
Loved the apartment, terrace and location. For the price, expected amenities to be better
Liked: great location, beautiful apartment, good soundproofing from outside noise
Disliked: Lost hot water a lot, air condition vents in rooms did not work well so living area was cool but both bedrooms were uncomfortably warm. washing machine did not work. Also door in living room that was an emergency exit but actually led into another apartment was not completely sealed on the bottom of the door. You could hear every word your neighbors said through the door.
