Very good
Valencia turned out to be unreasonably expensive in terms of housing costs
Liked: very clean, cozy, not so far from city center
Disliked: Too expensive. The apartments aren’t in the city center and aren’t very large, yet they come with a high price tag. The walls are thin—the soundproofing is very poor; you can hear the neighbors talking, even when they aren’t raising their voices—just speaking in a normal, quiet tone. When the neighbors upstairs walk around, it feels like they’re walking right on top of your head.
Pleasant stay
Liked: The property is in a great location, conveniently located for exploring all of Valencia and only a short walk to the old town. The apartment itself had everything you would require for a short stay.
Disliked: The bed was really uncomfortable and the sofa bed no better. The roof area needs some repair work, there was a large piece of metal lifted on one of the stairs coming out the pool.

Liked: We had a really pleasant stay here in Valencia. The location was great, with a very convenient distance from the city centre, making it easy to get around while still being in a quiet area. The staff were extremely helpful and responsive — they replied to our messages at any time of the day, which made everything much easier, especially when travelling with a small child. Check-in was also very simple and smooth. The neighbourhood was very quiet and peaceful, which we really appreciated with our little one. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place, especially for families travelling with young children.
Disliked: The only downside was the Wi-Fi, which was a bit weak and sometimes unstable. Everything else was great.
Perfect pick for a city break
Liked: Walking distance to the old town and all the bus connections. Market and small playground for children are just around the corner. Fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, microwave.. everything you need for a city break is there, waiting.
Disliked: All great.
