Exceptional
Disliked: It’s difficult to fairly evaluate this accommodation because my stay lasted only one night. Unfortunately, I had to move out the following day due to a tent set up right next to the property where a loud party was taking place. The music and noise continued until around 4:00 a.m., making it completely impossible to rest or get proper sleep. What is most disappointing, however, is that despite the situation, the owner was unwilling to reach any compromise or offer any form of compensation. As a result, in accordance with the booking service procedures, the matter will need to be formally reported and pursued through legal channels. It’s a pity, because the property itself has potential, but the lack of response to such a serious issue significantly affected the overall experience of the stay.

A delightful and authentic stay with a warm, homely feel and beautiful views
Liked: I loved the natural, homey vibe of the apartment. It felt like living in a real home. The cozy and positive atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. The details of everyday life were thoughtfully present, making us feel like we were truly living the local experience. The balcony was perfect for morning coffee with a stunning view. Also, Clara, who handed over the keys, was incredibly friendly and helpful. She introduced us to the area, offered to arrange a car, and made sure we felt welcome and safe. The flexibility of allowing us to leave our luggage after checkout was a huge help as well.
Disliked: The cleanliness could have been better, especially the floor, which was a bit dusty when we first arrived, likely due to the balcony. However, the hosts mentioned they were in the process of changing their cleaning service, so this should improve.

Comfortable stay in Saraplaya and easy to visit Valencia
Liked: The property is right at the center of the small yacht harbor of Sayaplaya, just as the picture shows; Very comfortable, two bathrooms, clean and spacious with easy parking facilities. Clara is a wonderful host. Recommended for a stay to visit Valencia!
