Good place for a longer stay in Valencia
Liked: Well located. Good hotel facilities (Fitness, Swimming Pool, Roof-terrace, Laundry, Snack Vending machine)
Disliked: Mold and bad smell in the shower. The (very small) sink was leaking (but got fixed during stay)

Valencia Great Stay!
Liked: Excellent suite. It's a large property but people were respectful. I loved having front desk service during the day. Great location as it is close to metro line - maybe a 4 minute walk. Likewise the grocery store is only 3 or 4 minutes away. The beach is less than 20 minutes walking and there are restaurants just steps away. The pool and other public areas are kept very clean. Kudos to the housekeeping staff. The room is plenty big to get work done. Kitchen was functional.
Disliked: I would stock the kitchen with more than bare minimum. You went all out on design and layout (providing oven, cocktop, microwave, dishwasher, lighting) then you shortcut on supplies. Don't be stingy with towels. They are just towels not precious commodities.

Liked: location was great, nice facilities
Disliked: apartment was clean but quite a few cockroaches running around when opening cupboards etc..
Liked: Many options to do in the hotel: gym, pool, social areas...
Disliked: Zero guests policy is ridiculous for adult travellers (we're not schoolchildren anymore). Room had several broken/defect things that obviously had not been fixed in a long time. When notifying staff that a lamp was defective, no repair for the entire rest of the stay (2 days). Some reception staff very nice, friendly, good energy. Some reception staff (mostly younger women) only interested in their mobile phones, no Hello or Goodbye. No question about how was the stay at checkout.
