Very good
Liked: No ice, no coffee machine in the room, bed set up does not match the tv set up (crooked it), breakfast no or tasty no eggs on day, no swimming pool
It's a decent spot. The beds are comfy and there is a small gym but it's a little far from stuff
Liked: The gym was useful, it was basic but I enjoyed having it. The beds were overall comfortable. It was a cute little studio if you wanted to cook or have a place to work but neither really mattered for me.
Disliked: The location was a bit far from anything. About a 20 minute walk to old town and not much around -- or open -- in the immediate neighborhood. When I checked in there was hair all over the floors, I asked them to clean it up, they came and there was still hair everywhere, they finally had to come back another time and just did an OK job.
Liked: Location is nice
Liked: I enjoyed my time a lot. The apartments were well-equiped and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful and the building is just a 10 min walk away from the historical center.
Great location, value for money and good accommodation near the heart of Valencia
Liked: The location was perfect - a quiet residential neighbourhood just a few minute's walk from the historic centre. Very clean, modern property - with excellent air-conditioning throughout! Friendly and welcoming staff. The room was a good size, and we liked having the terrace. The kitchen was OK, and there was a fair selection of crockery and cutlery. The bathroom was small but the shower was excellent.
Disliked: It would be nice to have coffee and tea making facilities in the room - even just a kettle. Using the microwave or the hob to make tea was not good. There were a few other minor issues - only one cup (though this was quickly solved by the Reception staff) and some very dead plants on the terrace. But neither really impacted much on our stay.
Amazing location, felt like was staying at a hotel. Just needs better mattress and pillows

Disliked: The mattress and pillow were so uncomfortable. But that was the only thing.
