Fabulous
Liked: We were upgraded to a 2 storie house from a flat which was great. The accommodation was very spacious and we had 4 bedrooms. Air con or ceiling fans throughout, which was a bonus as temperature in the 30's. We also had small outside courtyard, with furniture, which was a bonus. 2 bathrooms with powerful showers in both. The property is in a residential area, 5 mins walk to a great swimming pool ( 3 pools plus a cafe serving snacks). Less than 10 mins from supermarket. Evelyn was a very helpful host and although she didn't speak alot of English, she was able to speak with my nephew, who lives in Valencia, on arrival, and when we had a power cut to quickly resolve the problem.
Disliked: The apartment is quite sparsely furnished, there were no soft furnishings, and the leather sofa could have done with a throw. The kitchen had a washing machine, which we didn't use, but no dishwasher, which we would have. There were no teatowels, no wine glasses and only 1 large serving dish. The towels were quite small and thin.
Liked: This is a very good place to stay for a big family or a group of friends. It is located in a quite place with a lot of street parking opportunities, what is very important for Spain. The apartment is 2 leveled, has a bedroom a sitting room and a big kitchen with inner patio on the 1st floor and 3 bedrooms on the second, 2 shower rooms. You have everything you need in the apartment, all the rooms are equipped with upper fans and there are also air conditioners there. The host is always "on phone" and answers immediately. There is also a public transport (bus and tram) station at 5 minutes walk from the apartment and this is the direct route to the city center (10-16 minutes). We liked the apartment and thanks a lot for hosting us 😀
Everything about the area was nice. It was just the property that was not worth it you are better off somewhere else
Liked: Spacious
Disliked: The place was dirty, air conditioning only worked in the living room, the kitchen was not well equipped. The electricity went out every 30 minutes- I could not even take a shower or cook something in the oven without the electricity going off. The beds were dirty (when i woke up i had a couple bites in my legs which seemed like bed bugs. The house needs maintenance (many of the things are quite old or not well taken care of). Be mindful of what you touch or use as the host is a rude person and will accuse you of doing any damage. I had an issue about a window that broke and she accused me of breaking it despite explaining that I found it in pieces when I arrived from the beach as well as showing proof. This place was not worth it and the host has such an appalling behavior which was just the cherry on top for our stay. What a shame.
It was a successful stay for a family group with older teenagers. The response time was always immediate and very helpfu
Liked: The house was spotlessly clean. 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Aircon worked really well.
Disliked: Hand towels and tea towels would be a nice touch but not a problem.
Liked: Un lugar muy cómodo y de fácil acceso, cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estadía agradable en familia. Los propietarios muy amables, y muy atentos, estuvieron pendientes de nosotros antes y durante nuestra estadía.

Disliked: We were very disappointed with our stay — the accommodation was not at the selected address, smelled strongly of cleaning products, had worn bedding, minimal towels, no wardrobe, and no basic amenities like coffee or tea. Simply not worth the money.
