Exceptional
Liked: Excellent location. There are several markets and bakeries nearby, the bus station is 3 minutes away, and you can walk to the old part of the city in 20 minutes. The apartment is clean and exactly like the photos. I recommend it.
Liked: The contact with property manager was great. The grocery shop and the caffe bar are just next to the corner. The area is safe and not so far from the city center. The apartment is comfortable, and good equipped.
Disliked: Air conditioning set 4 m above the ground floor was heating only upper floor therefor in the apartment was pretty cold whole the time. When you exit the apartment you are straight on the street- there is no hallway or similar which would devide the apartment from the exit area. It causes feel of unsafety.
Liked: Good location, close to the city center by foot, food supermarkets are at hand. Good communication with the managers by tel and Whatsapp. The kitchen has all necessary utencils. A strong point of these apartments is that you can leave your luggage here free beginning from 11:30 a.m. which is very convenient if your arrival is early.
Disliked: Would be more convenient to have towel hooks in the shower room
Liked: The flat has got everything you need. We loved the fact that check in is contactless. The owner is very responsive. Definitely recommend it.
Disliked: There are some scale and mold in the shower.
Nice with some negative points
Liked: Appartment is clean, having a dishwasher, a washing machine, an iron is useful. Supermarket is nearby, so is the bus stop. Sofa in the "living room" part is comfortable and spaceous enough for two adults.
Disliked: The place is nice, a bit small tho, but what you don't get from the photos is that it's on the street level (not a single step even) and you enter the appartment directly from the street. So there isn't an entrance to the building, appartment entrance is like an entrance to the former shop, with the (dimmed) glass door. Which also means there isn't a "view", if you open a window, you would see the people passing litteraly a few inches away, which is a bit wierd. Maybe this is tipical for Spain, but this is something we didn't get used to it, and we felt unconfortable and unsafe keeping the windows open, especially during the night. Luckily the weather was not too hot. The other unexpectable thing is that there isn't any wardrobe or anything to unpack and put your clothes, so we had to keep everything in the suitcase. Overall it's nice as I said, but probably a bit overpriced given the whole settup.
Liked: Nice location, apartment, communication with owner also very good. There was a little problem at the beginning with cleaning service but owner solved it very quickly, so we were satisfied.
