Liked: The staff were great. Location was good
Disliked: The room was compact The ensuite drain smelt, shower water was not contained in the shower tray, vent not working broken sink plug. The room appeared to lack significant insulation to reduce noise either internal hotel noise or external street noise. We could also not lock the patio doors.
Central stay in Valencia. Very clean!
Liked: It was a great value for money, perfect location, nice and clean. All very clear and handy vending machine.
Disliked: The design was very nice. But the door of the bathroom had no handles. The door kept opening...and the room was for 4 but cups for tea for 2. No big deal but I guess it s good to let you know.

Great location and guest spaces but check-in information could be improved
Liked: Great location. The coffee/tea machine that we could use for free was great. They also provide wine glasses + coffee cups in the room and there's a fridge, which great. The terrace was nice although with small improvements it could be even nicer and cozier.
Disliked: The 8 and 9 October there were fantastic celebrations in Valencia, unfortunately nobody told us about it, what a pity! We saw the last part of the parade on 9 October by chance but totally missed the popular dances on 8 October. It would be really nice if the staff would inform the guests during the checkin if something special is going on in the city. On Booking it says "24 hours front desk" but in fact there is someone only during a couple of hours in the morning/evening.
